In my last post I told you how as autumn sets in I start my pumpkin obsession by making a batch of pumpkin pie spice.
Well my next step is pretty much making this pumpkin pie smoothie. I would happily drink this everyday for a month and still want more. Luckily the mini chefs take after me in that respect so a happy household all round.
It is a way of using up that left over pumpkin or pumpkin puree lying around the house. Plus you get to sneak in some seriously good vegetables into everyone. In a SWEET, HEALTHY way.

This is my second post in my pantry staple spotlight on pumpkins. Please check the others out.
- 180ml (3/4 cup) pumpkin puree
- 180ml (3/4 cup) Greek yogurt
- 120ml (1/2 cup) milk
- 1 banana peeled
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice or to taste
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp honey or to taste
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth. Sprinkle on some cinnamon and serve.
