Cucumber Matcha Cocktail in 2 glasses garnished with mint and cucumber

It is an easy-to-whip-up green tea cocktail made from a simple cucumber sugar syrup, powdered matcha green tea, gin, limes, and lots and lots of mints. The quantities I have given are soooo flexible, so you can easily make it to your taste. Add more cucumber syrup or more lime juice as you desire.

Freddy and I recently spent a few days on the largest cruise ship in the world with the best cocktails.  You found fantastic cocktail stalls at every turn with really nice staff who could whip you up anything you desire. We might have tried several Baileys white Russian, pina coladas, peach bourbon smash bloody Marys, Tom Collins, and about 50 million other cocktails. All in the name of research you see.
