Guys, I’m having lots of fun creating these round-up posts. I get to share really, really good recipes from my own archives and from a bunch of amazing food bloggers. Best of all, I get to drool over the photos whilst I write the post.

I’m not on the keto diet myself (but a friend of mine is and she loves it), but this collection of amaaaaazing keto desserts made me want to hop on the diet right now so I can eat this stuff all day long. I do plan to whip up a few of these recipes because they’re easy low carb desserts that can be enjoyed by all, keto dieter or not.

Whenever I could, I included the per serving ‘net carb’ (that’s total carbs minus fibre) count next to the recipe to make it easier for those of you who want to keep your net carbs as low as possible.
