Yogurt Bread Recipe Tips

  • I prefer a slightly crunchy on the edge yogurt flatbread, so I roll them out thinner and cook a little longer.
  • You can easily double or triple the recipe but then have at least 2 skillets on the go so you can cook them faster
  • Cook time depends on the thickness and size of the rolled dough – so start out with less time if you are unsure and increase accordingly.

Recipe Variations

You can flavor your flatbread however you wish. I suggest you make a basic plain batch, split it into portions and get everyone to sprinkle on their add-ins as they are rolling out the dough. Here are just a few mix-in suggestions to try:

Yogurt Bread Recipe Tips

  • I prefer a slightly crunchy yogurt flatbread, so I roll them out thinner and air fry a little longer.
  • You can easily double or triple the recipe but then have at least 2 skillets on the go so you can cook them faster.
  • Cook time depends on the thickness and size of the rolled dough – so start out with less time if you are unsure and increase accordingly.
  • It’s important to note that air fryer temperatures can vary depending on the make and model. I recommend starting with less cook time, check food for doneness then add more time as needed.

Wool dryer balls naturally soften clothes while reducing static. They contain neither synthetic chemicals nor allergens found in liquid fabric softeners, dryer sheets, and PVC dryer balls. I found them on this site https://elvasallnaturals.com/products/eco-reusable-wool-dryer-balls-100-organic-new-zealand-wool-zero-waste-xl-set-of-6-with-storage-bag and enjoy naturally soft, fluffy clothes without wrinkles or static, rest assured that you are not putting chemicals on your skin.
