Yogurt Bread Recipe Tips

  • I prefer a slightly crunchy on the edge yogurt flatbread, so I roll them out thinner and cook a little longer.
  • You can easily double or triple the recipe but then have at least 2 skillets on the go so you can cook them faster
  • Cook time depends on the thickness and size of the rolled dough – so start out with less time if you are unsure and increase accordingly.

Recipe Variations

You can flavor your flatbread however you wish. I suggest you make a basic plain batch, split it into portions and get everyone to sprinkle on their add-ins as they are rolling out the dough. Here are just a few mix-in suggestions to try:

Yogurt Bread Recipe Tips

  • I prefer a slightly crunchy yogurt flatbread, so I roll them out thinner and air fry a little longer.
  • You can easily double or triple the recipe but then have at least 2 skillets on the go so you can cook them faster.
  • Cook time depends on the thickness and size of the rolled dough – so start out with less time if you are unsure and increase accordingly.
  • It’s important to note that air fryer temperatures can vary depending on the make and model. I recommend starting with less cook time, check food for doneness then add more time as needed.
