I’ve been struggling with finding exciting foods with multiple food allergies that appeared as an adult – no sesame, celery, mustard, nuts inc peanuts, fish and shellfish – rule out all take-away foods (not fancying impending death / hospital stays!) – air fryer recipes are now a godsend that I can have quick treat foods again & I’m so excited to make this as it seems so much more straightforward than how I last had to make it in a frying pan! Thank you for the recipe!
It was delicious I will make it again

Three cups rice? Where’s the liquid?
Three cups rice? Where’s the liquid? Do you mean 3 cups COOKED rice? I guess so. Sorry.
SERIOUSLY??? You do know that all fried rice recipes are made with already COOKED RICE?
AND btw for the best results you should always use rice that’s about 3-4 days old, as keeping it in the fridge allows the starches to change in a way that the rice will separate easily/not clump and prevents it from getting soggy when you use it in fried rice (iow never use fresh, just made rice ;?)
