FAQs

Why Cook These With An Air Fryer?

The air fryer makes it super easy to cook up a healthier version of your fried food favourites. So here is how it works.

By circulating heat all around the food, air fryers allow you to ‘fry’ foods using the smallest amount of oil. We’re talking anything from a tablespoon to just a light spray.

And since your food isn’t submerged in the stuff, much less oil gets absorbed during the cooking process, which means your meal contains far less fat and calories overall. #allgoodright.

How Else Can I Cook Green Beans?

Green beans can be boiled, blanched, steamed, oven roasted, or stir-fried.

However you cook them, the key thing is to cook the beans for the shortest time possible to preserve their flavour (your family and friends will thank you for not serving them soggy overcooked beans).

Here is a complete guide on How To Cook Fresh Green Beans.

Do You Need To Soak Green Beans Before Cooking?

Luckily the answer is no. Top and tail them, wash, pat dry, season them, toss in the air fryer and cook away.

What is low calorie cooking spray? All the ones I see in the store are some type of oil, which doesn’t seem low calorie to me.
