This awesome Air Fryer Pork Satay aside is something to write home about.
But before sharing the recipe I must tell you folks, we have just had one of the best days in a long while. We spent the day at Aldeburgh beach, stone skimming, shell structure climbing, beach wall walking, ice cream dropping, mini pond boating, walking, people watching and pebble burying.
Same old same old like we normally do, but much more fun when we get that unexpected warm day at the end of September, which means we get to sneak off to the beach.
And we stayed out all day, coming home only to put the girls to bed and collapse in front of the telly. Petty lucky that Freddy had whipped up this healthier pork satay with peanut sauce the night before. So all we had to do was extend our hand out, pile even more peanut sauce on our rice, lean back, eat and relax. The perfect end to the perfect day.
