    Firstly, I’m sorry to hear you’ve been feeling poorly! I hope you thoroughly recharged your batteries and are feeling much better now 🙂

    Secondly I LOVE almond milk…so why have I never made my porridge with it before?! I’m an instant convert 😛 it’s funny how sometimes you just need a nudge. Thanks!

    Sorry to hear you’ve not been feeling great, I hope you feel better now. Believe it or not I have only in the last year started to eat porridge ( was a nurse a long time ago, and feeding ill people porridge put me off it for a very long time) and I am so glad I enjoy it now, such a great slow energy releasing breakfast, your version sounds very tasty.

    Sounds absolutely delicious AND healthy, Bintu! Ironically I was thinking of this question just last night and wha-laa here is a post to ask it. I’ve been seeing articles about soaking oats ahead of time??? Do you know anything about that or have any thoughts on it? Have a great day 🙂

    I have to admit on only ever make porridge occassionally and at the weekend but my daughter and I do love it so will try to remember to make your version next time as we have lots of almonds!
