Recipe Tips

  • Pat shrimp dry using a paper towel before wrapping bacon strips around them for cooking.
  • Choose the same sized shrimp so they cook at the same rate.
  • Put the wrapped shrimp in the air fryer seam side down.
  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. Arrange shrimp in a single layer with space between them on the air fryer tray. Cook any remaining shrimp in the next batch.
  • Different air fryers operate slightly differently. Air fryer cooking times are an estimate, so it’s important to check your food for doneness and adjust as needed.
