    A gorgeous summer recipe
Would never have thought of putting this combination together

First off… ALL that food looks so good. I would be in heaven eating there. This salad is so pretty. Love grilled fruit, and the combination of seafood is fantastic. This would be so nice for entertaining in the backyard with friends.

True farm to table. Every time I see grilled peaches, I always say I need to do it myself. These have the perfect grill marks.

  4. That farm looks like a dream and love all the photos! This salad is absolutely amazing, so pretty and delicious! <3

  5. I just love grilled peaches on a salad. I usually have them with feta, but it will have to try it with scallops.

  6. I love grilled fruits, but I think grilled peaches are especially fantastic. I think their sweetness is so much better when heated.

That is one lovely farm! And the grilled peach salad looks so stunning despite how simple the recipe sounds. Definitely going to give this a try once I get my hands on some lovely peaches, which probably means my very next grocery trip 🙂

  8. Very jealouus of you being invited to the Waitrose event. I have been a Waitrose shopper for a while now and – in fact – even used to go in and treat myself to things from the reduced section when I was a student! You just can’t beat the quality. Back to this salad though I LOVE the idea of combining scallops and peach. I think it’s quite bold to mix seafood and fruit but imagine this works so well. Also are those daisies as a garnish?! I had no idea they were edible! I’ve got tonnes in the garden haha!

I am very envious now, the farm looks fantastic. I love waterlily. I always shopped at Waitrose when I was in London as the quality of the food is way superior, especially the seafood. Love your scallop salad and with Waitrose scallops, you know that it will be delicious.
