  • Water – You may need to slightly thin the batter to make it more workable.

How To Make Air Fryer Brownie Mix Cookies

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl with a spoon, hand mixer, or stand mixer. 
  2. The dough should be stiff enough to roll, but if needed you can add more water, 1 tablespoon at a time, if you the batter is too thick.
  3. Roll the dough into small balls or scoop with a cookie scoop and place them in a parchment-lined air fryer basket. You will need to work in batches.
  4. Air fry for 4-6 minutes at 350 degrees F or 180 degrees C. The cookies should be firm on the sides and soft in the middle, but not gooey. For firmer cookies, bake 2-3 minutes longer.
  5. Allow the cookies to cool for 3-4 minutes in the basket and transfer to a cooling rack. 
  6. Repeat the process until all the cookies are made.

How To Make Cookies Out Of Brownie Mix in The Oven

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F or 190 degrees C, and follow the directions above for making the dough.
  2. Roll the dough into small balls or scoop with a cookie scoop and place it on a parchment-lined baking tray.
  3. Bake for 8-9 minutes, or until just cracking on top. Cookies should be firm on the sides and soft in the middle, but not gooey. Bake for 2-3 minutes longer for firmer cookies.
  4. Allow to cool for 3-4 minutes on the tray, then transfer to a cooling rack.
