Finally, I get to share these peach strawberry ice lollies with you. Especially since we are going through a series of so, so hot that I feel like I am in Africa / should spend the day at the beach / should sit in a tub full of ice / should live in a kaftan / insert anything else you want in here days. My kind of weather. And definitely perfect popsicle weather.
The weather over the last few weeks has been pretty gorgeous, right? Which mean I have been firing up the BBQ and whipping little treats like this simple but summery balsamic grilled peach and grilled scallop salad. Perfect for those days when you want to spend less time indoors and more time eating and having fun in the sun.
So the kiddoes are huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge fans of making fruity pizzas with a side helping of meats. So we will be making numerous variations of this grilled peach, cherry and Parma ham pizza this summer.
