Today it is all about some fruit love. Plus some tropical Sierra Leone love thrown right in. People, I am talking coconut, mango and orange – all in one glass of cool sweet fruit goodness.
OK. I am hooked on smoothies. And this filling strawberry, almond and banana smoothie makes a regular appearance at breakfast. And when I can get away with it at brunch and even dinner too. I can’t help it and well, I have admitted that I am hooked.
