I have just been on a visit to Tours, France. The food was delicious and, everywhere, from everything you see, you get the over-riding idea that food is important. So no wonder the city has been called a City of Gastronomy, listed on UNESCO as an intangible cultural heritage.
I like food. I like travel. And the foodie in me certainly believes that one of the best ways to experience a city is through its food. So I was excited to find that Fab Food Trails promised to help me explore Dublin via a mixture of fun food tastings, historical and architectural snippets during a leisurely two and half hour stroll around the city.
When in Rome, you have got to eat like the Romans do right? Well thanks to Eating Italy Food tours I managed to do just that. And I can still remember every single dish. Especially the cacio e pepe.
