This chicken rendang curry recipe is pretty easy and packed full of some of my favourite things like coconut, lemongrass, galangal and fennel seeds. It is perfect with some fresh herbs and rice.
My computer is driving me nuts. Seriously.
It may be something to do with the small amount of food photographs I have stored on it (the majority of photographs are on my external hard drive a). Or maybe the fact that I live, breath and sleep on it. Or something else entirely caused by being a food blogger. But seriously a 1TB storage drive, that is not even 20% full, that is as slow as tortoise on a really bad day?
I think it is time to research better laptops. And if Freddy decides to get me one for my birthday (no hinting whatsoever) then all the better.
In the meantime here is my easy chicken curry recipe. The rendang curry recipe that takes me back to the month Freddy and I spent traveling around Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand eating, sleeping and eating some more. The most difficult decision being which hotel / destination / restaurant should we move to next.
This food of the gods chicken curry is packed full of some of my favourites things like coconut, lemongrass, galangal and fennel seeds. I thank the good folk of Indonesia / Malaysia and Freddy’s aunt G for teaching me how to cook this.
