Recipe Tips And Variations

  • Mixing the dessert dip. As you mix together the butter and cream cheese, make sure there are no lumps. Mixing your dough well in the first step of this recipe will make sure your dip is lump-free when you eat it.
  • Save a few chocolate chips & M&M’s for topping. Reserve a handful of chocolate chips and M&M’s to sprinkle on top of your dip (you can also crush the M&M’s).
  • Change up the chocolate chips. I prefer milk chocolate chips but test it with dark chocolate chips too.
  • Add in other treats. Don’t be afraid to add in additional treats if you’ve got a super sweet tooth. Try nuts, toffee bits, funfetti sprinkles, dried fruit
  • Add in oats. You can add in some oats for some texture. Adding oats, to this no-bake dessert will change the thickness of the dip. So, only add in small amounts at a time.  To keep it gluten free, do use gluten free oats.
  • Refrigerate until just before serving. Keep your dip in the fridge until you’re ready to eat it. This will keep the dip firm and the right consistency for dipping

FAQ’s

What’s the Difference Between Monster Cookie Dough Dip and Monster Cookies?

First off, Monster Cookie Dough Dip is a safe, edible dip to eat without baking. It doesn’t have ingredients that need to be baked in order to enjoy this sweet treat. You simply mix it all together and try not to devour it by the spoonful before you share.

Monster Cookies are made with Peanut Butter Cookie Dough that DOES need to be baked in order to be safely eaten. It also uses chocolate sweets like M&M’s and chocolate chips

Monster Cookies tend to be semi-hard to make for some people. I often hear some people asking why their cookies fell apart, were too flat, too hard, etc. With this dip, you don’t have to worry about baking it and having the “too flat, too hard or falling apart” issues.
