Baking Hamper Giveaway from Domu
In my last post I introduced you all to Domu, their innovative kitchen, home and garden collections and their slow cooker giveaway. Well hang on to your hats folks, I got some more news from them.

Homemade Christmas Cake. I always make it in August/September and feed it with brandy to allow it to mature. It’s a recipe my mum has always used and it’s lovely!

I developed a “christmas cupcakes” to suit out tastes as we we dont really like christmas cake. I add mincemeat to a victoria songe recipe, put into pretty, festive cases, and add a circle of marzipan and top with glace icing ang pretty decorations. They’re gorgeous we think!
