Easter is such a special time in our household. If I let my children loose we would have so many decorative items scattered across the house. And the food spread is no different. We love this Cadbury Mini Eggs Cheesecake Dip. And as with Christmas, we love to make edible gifts for everyone to take home. How cute and easy are these Easter Oreos.

Easter Punch
So, as with any brunch, gathering, or party, I love to have a quick and easy drink that everyone can help themselves with. So once I discovered punch, there was no turning back.
Punch is so versatile and you can dress it for the occasion, like I have with this Easter punch with the easter bunnies and egg sprinkles. I must admit that you need to add the sherbet on top, it takes it from good to great.
It takes 10 minutes and the kids love making it, so it’s one less recipe I need to take care of and I can focus on the Easter spread and of course the all-important Air Fryer Dyed Easter Eggs.
Why Make This Recipe
- Refreshing – This Easter punch is refreshing and will keep your guests or family hydrated.
- Crowd pleaser – Everyone loves punch! Let’s face it, it’s fun to make and to drink.
- Quick to make – All you need is 10 minutes and your punch is done. Your focus can be on the Easter egg hunt.

Ingredients Notes
- Raspberry juice – I like to make my raspberry juice when raspberries are in abundance but you can also use your favorite store-bought brand.
- Soda – Add some Sprite or lemon-lime soda for the fizz.
- Fresh fruit – We’ve used watermelon, cantaloupe, or pineapple. Don’t forget to eat the fruit, it is so tasty as it soaks up the liquid.
- Lemon slices – This offsets all the sweet ingredients.
- Ice cubes – On a hot summer day there’s nothing better than a cold mocktail so loads of ice cubes are always a must.
- Sherbet – For an added creamy and frothy texture, add some frozen sherbet. I would not skip this ingredient.
- Sprinkles – I found these adorable Easter bunnies and egg sprinkles. You can change it to another theme.

Bintu’s Tips for Success
- What’s great about this punch is that you can adjust the sweetness. I tend to make it less sweet for adults and even make a separate punch for the kids. Just add more or less soda.
- I like to use fruits that are in season as I tend to be able to buy more in bulk.
- I also like to make an adult version of this drink by adding vodka or rum. Be sure it’s out of the children’s reach.
- The soda will go flat are about 1-2 days so bear that in mind when planning or prepping this mocktail.
Prep and Storage
- Prep Ahead – You can prepare this Easter punch in advance. I do however recommend adding the soda and sherbet when serving it.
- Storage – Store it in the fridge for 24 hours.
FAQs
You can use sorbet but I much prefer sherbet as it adds in a nice creaminess.
This is a good option if you want a less sweet alternative and also less carbonated.
The choices are endless some of our favorites are raspberries, blackberries, or even citrus slices
