Guys, having a well-stocked pantry makes it quick and easy to whip up a batch of your favourite easy vegan recipe whenever you are up for it. Be sure you have these classic staples on hand before you begin your meal prep and you’ll be savouring delicious vegan recipes for beginners and seasoned foodies no time.

  • Broth: vegetable broth.
  • Produce (fresh and frozen): potatoes, sweet potatoes (or yams), cauliflower, carrots, celery, green beans, butternut squash, zucchini, corn, garlic.
  • Fresh herbs: parsley, rosemary, sage, thyme, tarragon, basil.
  • Nuts and seeds: walnuts, almonds, pecans, pumpkin seeds (pepitas), sunflower seeds, tahini, peanut butter.

  4. For me I would be eager to try the instant pot chocolate oats as it sounds very much like a branded cereal but probably much healthier. I tend to eat a lot of meat but I think the recipe like the jamician soup would be a nice introduction to eating more veggies with the addition of spice
