Guys, having a well-stocked pantry makes it quick and easy to whip up a batch of your favourite easy vegan recipe whenever you are up for it. Be sure you have these classic staples on hand before you begin your meal prep and you’ll be savouring delicious vegan recipes for beginners and seasoned foodies no time.
- Broth: vegetable broth.
- Produce (fresh and frozen): potatoes, sweet potatoes (or yams), cauliflower, carrots, celery, green beans, butternut squash, zucchini, corn, garlic.
