How To Cook Frozen Veggies In Air Fryer

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F / 200 degrees C.
  2. Mix frozen beans or frozen carrots with oil and garlic salt and place them into the air fryer basket.
  3. Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until sizzling, turning halfway through.
  4. If you want them browned, you can air fry for a couple more minutes.

Air fryer temperatures can vary depending on the make and model. I recommend starting with less cook time, checking for doneness, then adding more time as needed.

  • Cooking frozen vegetables at a higher heat reduces the chance of them going soggy.
  • It is better to spray oil on them for even coverage rather than drizzling.

Cooking times depend on the size of the vegetables and the temperature. Based on a 400 degrees F / 200 degrees C temperature, here is how long to cook your vegetables;
