Baking in the Air Fryer is energy efficient. I loooooove not having to use the oven when I want to bake something. Not only is the air fryer is more energy efficient, it doesn’t heat up the house which is especially nice during the hot summer months.
This is a super versatile chocolate cake recipe. You can dress this up for a birthday or other special event by frosting with a delectable cream cheese icing (like the one I use in my Cardamom Beetroot Chocolate Cupcakes recipe post). Or for a more casual occasion, top it off with just a little dusting of confectioner’s sugar.
