How To Make Grasshopper Cocktail

This grasshopper cocktail is a great drink for your next gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce (30ml) milk non-dairy milk works as well
  • 1 ounce (30ml) creme de menthe
  • 1 ounce (30ml) creme de cacao or chocolate liqueur
  • 1 ounce (30ml) vodka
  • Chocolate shavings optional

Instructions

  • To rim the glass, melt 1/4 cup of chocolate chips with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil in a small bowl. Dip the edges of the glass into the melted chocolate, then place the glass in the fridge to chill for 5 minutes.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add milk, crème de menthe, crème de cacao, and vodka.
  • Shake well until chilled, about 30 seconds.
  • Strain the mixture into the chilled cocktail glass.
  • Garnish with chocolate shavings or a sprinkle of cocoa powder if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
