Grasshopper Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 ounce (30ml) milk non-dairy milk works as well
- 1 ounce (30ml) creme de menthe
- 1 ounce (30ml) creme de cacao or chocolate liqueur
- 1 ounce (30ml) vodka
- Chocolate shavings optional
Instructions
- To rim the glass, melt 1/4 cup of chocolate chips with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil in a small bowl. Dip the edges of the glass into the melted chocolate, then place the glass in the fridge to chill for 5 minutes.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add milk, crème de menthe, crème de cacao, and vodka.
- Shake well until chilled, about 30 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings or a sprinkle of cocoa powder if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
