How To Make Halloween Popcorn
- Add the popcorn in a large bowl.
- Get your sprinkles, candy eyes and sweets.
- Melt the candy melts in a bowl.
- Pour the melted candy into the popcorn and mix till all coated.
- Then stir in the sprinkles, eyes and sweets, decant into serving sized bowls.
Pro tip: Please do discard any un popped kernels before making your Halloween popcorn mix as you do not want to bite into these when enjoying your snack.
Tips to Make This Easy Halloween Snack
- Make sure you have everything ready to go before you melt the candy – as this hardens up relatively quickly. If that happens just pop them back into the microwave for 30 secs and stir before any more dipping.
- Feel free to add extra candy melts for a stickier popcorn.
Delicious Variations
- Use only one color – Feel free to use only one colour of candy melts if you prefer.
- Vary the add ins – You can add in chopped cookies or marshmallows too.
- Use chocolate instead – Coat the popcorn with melted white chocolate (which can be mixed in with food colouring)

You can easily make these as spooky popcorn balls instead. One way is to quickly roll the popcorn into balls after mixing in the sprinkles etc. But please be warned it gets really really sticky. Another alternative is for you to use melted marshmallows to make the balls instead.

Ingredients
- Monster Popcorn
- 70 g (10 cups) popped popcorn
- Halloween Sprinkles
- Candy eyes
- Sweets
- 340 g (12 oz) bag of candy melts (you can have a mix of colours)
Instructions
- Add the popcorn in a large bowl and lay out the sprinkles, candy eyes and sweets.
- Melt the candy melts in a large bowl according to the packet instructions.
- Pour the melted candy into the popcorn and mix till all coated.
- Then stir in the sprinkles, eyes and sweets, decant into serving sized bowls and set aside to harden and serve.
