Recipe Notes

  • When making be sure to thoroughly pat dry your potatoes with a kitchen towel or paper towel otherwise they may not crisp up.
  • You will need a metal cookie cutter to cut these out.
  • Use other shapes of cookie cutters depending on the occasion, just make sure they are sturdy metal cutters.
  • No need to peel the potatoes.
  • Make sure you don’t overcrowd the baking tray or Air Fryer basket, you need enough space around each potato for them to crisp up.
