  1. Add all the herbs and spices into a spice grinder.
  2. Grind into a powder.

If starting with ground spices/herbs:

  • 3 tablespoons sage dried
  • 1 ½ tablespoons rosemary dried
  • 1 ½ tablespoons thyme dried
  • 1 tablespoon marjoram dried
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper

  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander (optional, but I love it) optional
