Finally. I get to share these Homemade Strawberry Popsicles with you. Especially since we are going through a series of so, so hot that I feel like I am in Africa / should spend the day at the beach / should sit in a tub full of ice / should live in a kaftan / insert anything else you want in here Summer days. My kind of weather. And definitely perfect popsicle weather.

These easy strawberry peach popsicles are made with just 5 ingredients. Yeap, just 5. You can make life very easy by whizzing everything together in just 5 minutes
. However, it is much much more fun to spend that extra minute to separately whiz the strawberries and the peaches to end up with these two-toned popsicles. Plus, they look so pretty that it is definitely worth it.
WHY YOU WILL LOVE THESE FRUIT POPSICLES
- These are extremely easy to make – 10 minutes of effort and you are done.
- They are very frugal to make.
- Prep the popsicles ahead and just pull out when needed.
- They are a great kid and also a crowd pleaser and look like a million bucks.
- A great way to use up any extra fresh strawberries or fresh peaches.
- They are super adaptable – see some suggestions below.
- These easy fruity popsicles are suitable for both vegan and gluten-free diets.
Oh and one little tip here – almond milk + peach strawberry ice lollies = much creamier ice lollies. Trust me, I am a food blogger. I simply added some of my pantry staple creamy plant-based milk and the result was much richer iced treats.
In the summer months, I certainly go a little crazy with the milk in these strawberry fruit popsicles knowing that I can whips up these treats for a great number of people. I am nothing if not helpful, right?

How To Make Strawberry Popsicles
- Whizz up the fresh strawberries, 1 banana, half the milk, 1 tsp of maple syrup in a blender and split the mixture evenly between 6 popsicles molds.
- Rinse out the blender and whiz the peaches and remaining ingredients and pour the mixture into the half-full ice popsicle molds.
- Freeze the popsicles for 1 hr, then take them out and add in the popsicle sticks, before freezing until solid.
Strawberry Fruit Popsicles Tips
- You don’t have to make two layers, for even easier strawberry pops you can simply whiz all the ingredients together.
- Feel free to use regular whole milk instead if you are not vegan.
- You can use frozen strawberries and canned peaches to make this recipe too. You will need a high powered blender if you start with frozen strawberries.
- To remove the peach strawberry ice lollies, just simply run the filled molds under some warm water until the popsicles loosen, then pop them out.
Delicious Variations
Now whilst I used strawberries and peaches, as these where what I had, you can try them with anything you have lying around, raspberries, blackberries, melon etc. You name it, you can try it. The main thing is to have fun testing them out.
Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles
To make these as peach strawberry yogurt popsicles, simply add in some thick yogurt.

Strawberry Peach Popsicles
Ingredients
- 180 g 6.3 oz strawberries hulled and roughly chopped
- 2 small bananas peeled and divided
- 120 ml 0.5 cup almond milk, divided
- 2 tsp maple syrup divided
- 180 g 6.3 oz peaches, destoned, peeled and roughly chopped

Two-tone ice lollies! Love it! Aside from the fact that peach is my all time favorite summer fruit — with strawberries not far behind, I like that this is a wholesome treat and not loaded with sugar! I’ll have to give that milk a go.
