Thank you for including metric measurements. Makes it so much easier for all of your fans in Canada.
Made the recipe with penne’-. Added some finely diced green pepper and spicy italian sausage. This is a recipe to die for. It was excellent. Everyone loved it , from the kids to my wife. It will become a regular to go to. Thank you.
I’d love to try this, but I can’t eat gluten or high-carb stuff like pasta. Bacon all the things, though! Could shirataki noodles be subbed in? They are pretty finicky, so I’m asking the IP expert.
Thanks,
Mary Anna
A tasty pasta dish is perfect for the cold days of winter and love how easy it is to make. Ideal for mid-week meals.
This is such an easy and delicious way to prepare pasta. So much simpler than the traditional stove top method. And what doesn’t taste good with bacon, right? 🙂
Obsessed with my IP but looked for something new, amazing!
Well you are not wrong there, bacon and pasta are definitely one of the best comfort food combos EVER!! You are lucky you had both in your home to turn the frowns upside down. Yum, simple, delicious and easy, love it!
Bacon and pasta are two of my favorites, yum!
I have a question more than a comment. I make my own fresh pasta and wonder what the liquid amounts and cooking times would be. More/less liquid? less cooking time?
Thank you for a wonderful recipe! This was outstanding! Have you tried browning the bacon in the Instant Pot? I was afraid to try that as I thought the past might stick. This came together so easy. My husband and I will be enjoying this often.
For so few ingredients this is a delisious recipe! The longest part was cooking the bacon, but I imagine you could do that ahead of time or buy that precooked bacon (athough I’m not a big fan of the flavor of that!). Perfect weeknight meal.
SSSSSSOOOOOOO good! Definitely making a lot! Big hit with hubby & so easy!
I doubled this recipe and my family absolutely loved it! There were no leftovers. I will definitely make this again and again!!
Just made this and added some shredded chicken… SO GOOD!!
