Hey Corn Dogs lovers, this post is for you! I will show you how to make snack sized Instant Pot Corn Dogs Bites that the whole family will happily devour.
The best thing is that you need only four everyday ingredients and a few minutes to whip up Homemade Corn Dogs that are so much healthier than fried corn dogs.
Plus like my Instant Pot Egg Bites and Instant Pot French Fries these mini corn dog bites are sooooo quick and fun to make and really easy to customize.

To make this recipe super easy I used Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix along wth hot dogs to make these. However, you can easily start with your homemade corn muffin or cornbread recipe. Use whatever works best for you. #makeiteasy

Ingredients Needed
- a box of store bought Jiffy cornbread mix, or your very own homemade cornbread batter from scratch.
- 1 large egg – to bring it all together.
- milk – use your favorite milk to make the batter.
- garlic powder – for extra flavor.
- hot dogs – each cut into 3 equal sections to make.
How To Make Corn Dogs In The Instant Pot
- In a mixing bowl, add the Jiffy cornbread mix, egg, milk, and garlic powder and whisk until completely combined.
- Lightly spray the silicone molds and fill 12 silicone molds up to halfway with the cornbread batter.
- Cut each hot dog into 3 equal sections. Then add a piece of sectioned hotdog into the middle of each part filled mold.
- Then fill each mold with the remaining batter up to about three-fourths of the way full.
- Cover the silicone tray with the tray cover and then cover it with foil around the edges.
- Add 1 1/2 cups of water to the Instant Pot and stack the silicon molds on the trivet and add to the Instant Pot.
- Cover Instant Pot with lid, seal, and set on Pressure Cook or Manual on High for 10 minutes and cook until done.
- Allow for a Natural Pressure Release for 4-5 minutes then perform a quick pressure release to release the rest of the pressure.
- Remove the trays, discard foil and open.
- Tip the trays over and gently tap the bottom of the mold to remove the bites.
- Serve them whole or sliced.

Instant Pot Corn Dogs Tips
- If using really large hot dogs you may need to cut them into more sections.
- Spray each mold with cooking spray or lightly oil before adding in the mix.
- Pop the Pressure Cooker Corn Dogs out of the molds out by tapping the bottom of them when turned over.
- Do make sure to cover the silicone tray with foil around the edges so no condensation can seep into your food.
Prep Ahead & Storing
Store – Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Great for meal prep.
Freeze
- Let them cool down then transfer into these very handy Ziploc freezer bags.
- Squeeze out all the extra air and seal the bags.
- Label the bags and then lay them flat in the freezer.
- Store in the freezer for 2-3 months.

Only fill the molds about three-fourths of the way full, even if you’re adding hot dogs. The Corn Dogs bites need room to bake and expand.
