Cooking hamburgers in the Instant Pot depends on the thickness of your burger.
Start with 10 minutes and go from there. For thinner burgers, decrease the overall cook time. And for thicker burgers, increase the cook time.
4 ounce burgers: try 8 minutes – 10 minutes.
6 ounce burgers: try 10 minutes – 13 minutes.
And, don’t forget to check the temperature using a digital meat thermometer.
We love cooking from scratch, but we also love making life super easy. Therefore feel free to start with your favorite store-bought patties and then let the Instant Pot cook away.
