FAQs

Do I Need To Thaw The Spinach

For this version of the recipe, yes. I have worked out the recipe used thawed spinach that has had all of the water squeezed out.

Do I Use Whole Or Chopped Spinach

It is easiest to use chopped frozen spinach that has been thawed. However I prefer getting whole frozen spinach that I thaw and roughly chop so that I have a little more texture in the Instant Pot Spinach Dip.

Can I Use Fresh Spinach

Absolutely. Wilt it first, cool it quickly, squeeze out any excess liquid and chop before using.

How Do I Make It Lighter

Use lighter versions of the mayo, cream cheese, and sour cream.
