Kiwi, Mango and Pineapple Smoothie {Vegan, Gluten Free}
Greetings from the garden office.

One of the many pleasures of working from home is, being able to take a break when the sun comes out and whip up a smoothie like this kiwi, mango and pineapple smoothie, sit in the sunshine, drink it and forget about the world.
Ok so that forget about the world bit lasted for exactly 15 mins – till I realised that this smoothie was really, really, really, really good. So, I promptly went back in, redid and photographed it. Then drank it all over again for lunch.
Yeah, some of the best food and drink recipes come about with not much thought, five mins of effort and zero stress. This one was purely a take some frozen tropical fruit (kiwis, mangoes and pineapple), along with some leftover bananas and strawberries, add in some coconut milk and pineapple juice and woah – out comes this amazing tropical jigamathing.
Is that even a word?
Oh and if you fancy whipping up this kiwi, mango and pineapple smoothie after work, for girls nights or even fun filled brunches then I reckon adding in a drop of tequila or rum might make it something amazing #justsaying.
