Need some food for love and health? Well Marks and Spencer have got you covered.
Well they certainly have my Valentines’ day covered. Freddy is taking me to London where we will spend the evening laughing our heads off to the Nigerian comic Basketmouth. I have loaded up on snacks like their chocolate peanuts with butterscotch pieces, chocolate biscuits decorated with vanilla fondant and raspberry and fluffy heart marshmallows. I can’t wait.
Brunch the next day is also going to be from M&S. This time is an easy choice from their healthy eating ranges which I have been checking out over the last three weeks. The idea behind these is quite simple. You can still follow a healthy diet that is enjoyable, delicious and satisfying.
And there really is something for everyone in this range- Tiny taste buds baby food to kids food, from high protein, balanced carbohydrates with Balanced For You to their calorie control Count on Us options and their nutrient boost range in Active Health. And to make it easy for us, all food from this range has the Eat Well sunflower logo on. No need to spend ages working it out yourself.
The range is huge, it covers food from all over the world, flavour combinations are great and meals are filling. Some of the things we like include; mango sticks with raspberry dip, guilt free snacking sweet popcorn, guilt Free Snacking Moroccan spiced chickpea shells, roasted butternut squash & mushroom bake, superfood Indonesian cod chowder, naked burger & potato wedges and the chicken, spinach & ricotta pizza. I intend to work my way through quite a few more of these. Oh the joy.
Pop in to M&S and check them out yourself. Seriously
Thanks to Marks and Spencer for sending me a voucher to purchase these yummies and for the images. All opinions are my own and I intend to eat my way through their range.
