FAQ
What Kind Of Pan Should I Use To Make An Oreo No Bake Cheesecake?
If you have one, a springform pan is the easiest to make a No Bake Cheesecake in. Otherwise, you can use a pie pan. You may want to put something like a cardboard circle in the bottom of the pie pan to help give the crust and pie a nice shape.
I’ve even seen others use plastic wrap in the pie pan before you add in your crust and filling so that it’s easier to take out of the pan once it’s finished.
What Kind Of Cream Cheese Should You Use?
When making this No Bake Nutella and Oreo Cheesecake recipe, I recommend using full fat cream cheese, not low fat cream cheese.
Why Is My No Bake Cheesecake Not Setting?
Make sure you’re using the right kind of cream cheese. Low fat cream cheese doesn’t seem to set as well with this recipe, in the refrigerator when making a no bake dessert. It doesn’t get to the right firmness.
Also, make sure you’re using the powdered sugar in the whipped cream and cheese mixture so it can help stabilize the mixture.
Make sure not to overmix your filling, this can make it harder for the dessert to set too.
How Long Does It Take To Set?
Folks, I recommend letting this Nutella Cheesecake recipe set in the fridge for at least 6 hours.
You may find that your oreo no bake cheesecake needs a little longer to set. You can even make this the night before you want it and let it set in the fridge overnight.
Meal Prep And Prep Ahead
Prep Ahead – This recipe is a fantastic make ahead dessert. It takes a few hours in the fridge to set, so make sure to take that into account when making.
Store – Store covered in the fridge for up to 5 days.

This recipe doesn’t make any sense. You need 8 tablespoons of butter, you use the butter for the crust, then you also need butter for the filling? How much butter do you need?? There’s no specification for dividing the 8 tablespoons. I really wanted to make this but I’m going to look for a different recipe that’s actually achievable.
