Party Punch
Entertaining can be stressful, especially in the drinks department when you need to decide on what to serve guests in the blistering heat of Summer.
I’ve found that punch is a winner as you can make it in bulk, and customize it to the occasion or theme. I also like to have some rum or vodka on hand for the adults to add to their drinks.
So it’s a win-win for all guests and I don’t need to rush around making sure everyone is hydrated as I just keep an eye on the punch bowl. As soon as it drops to a certain level we top it up and everyone is happy.
We also like to keep our guest’s tummies full with these adorable Antipasto Skewers. And if it’s Memorial Day I go the whole nine yards and prepare a huge spread with these Easy Memorial Day Recipes.
Why Make This Recipe
- Few ingredients – Don’t you just love a mocktail that needs only a few ingredients and it’s so easy to make? You can get the children to make this mocktail.
- Crowd pleaser – This party punch is a favorite at all of our gatherings and keeps everyone hydrated in the hot Summer sun.
- Adaptable – This recipe is one that you can customize to your liking, change up the soda and juice, add different fruit, and enjoy!

Ingredients Notes
- Raspberry juice – You can make your own freshly squeezed raspberry juice. Alternatively, use your favorite store-bought version.
- Soda – I’ve used Sprite to add some fizz to the punch but you can also use lemon-lime soda.
- Strawberries – This adds a decorative element to the punch. Use fresh strawberries if possible.
- Lemon slices – This helps to balance out the sweet soda.
- Ice cubes – These are a must on a sweltering Summer day to keep this punch cool. Use frozen strawberries too so you don’t dilute the punch too much.
- Cherries – I’ve used cherries for garnish, but you can add anything you have on hand.
