Whip up this easy Pineapple Daiquiri with only 5 ingredients for a refreshing cocktail with a tropical twist.

A Pineapple daiquiri cocktail on a white table

Welcome to the best ever Pineapple Daiquiri recipe. Bold, bold statement but oh so true. Especially since I have been testing our daiquiri recipes like no man’s business for you, my lovely readers.

And don’t you just love super easy cocktails. This particular tropical cocktail requires only 5 ingredients, one pitcher and a few taste testers to happen. Plus, you can never ever beat a cocktail that both quenches the thirst on a hot sunny day and is easily double or tripled to serve a crowd.

I make this on days when I need a little Sierra Leone flavour in my life – you know those days with an endlessly blue sky and sun, some African music in the background, and an African grill. Those days, that if I focus on the right bit of the garden, where that little pile of sand that Freddy has kindly gathered resides, I can pretend I am right back in Africa having a grill on the beach.

How to Make a Pineapple Daiquiri

This Pineapple Daiquiri is super easy to make.

Step 1. Add all ingredients into a pitcher and mix.

Step 2. Allow to stand for a few mins to chill before serving. That is it.

Frozen Pineapple Daiquiri

If you prefer to make a Frozen Pineapple Daiquiri instead then simply replace 1 cup of the pineapple juice with 1-2 cups of frozen pineapple chunks and blend the ingredients in a high powered blender before serving.
