Ingredient Notes

  • Ravioli – Look for fresh ravioli or frozen cheese ravioli. I used cheese ravioli, but you can use any flavor you like.
  • Pasta Sauce – While you can make homemade marinara sauce, storebought marinara offers a flavorful shortcut.
  • Spinach – Layering this with baby spinach adds more flavor and healthy vegetables.
  • Cheese – Use a combination of parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Parsley – Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.

  • No baby spinach? Use regular spinach instead.
  • Freshly grated cheese melts better than pre-shredded cheese.
