People, I did it.
I am about to turn one.
Not me personally but this baby right here that has been such a huge, huge part of my life.
Yeap, Recipes From A Pantry is about to turn one.
And I have had an absolutely amazing time along the way.
I have got far far better at cooking and as I continue on with Recipes From A Pantry I know I will get even better and will continue to share my culinary escapades with you.
I have eaten good, good, good food. I have discovered the local food scene and come across some seriously good finds like Henrietta Inman Patissiere and Aspall. and I have met and made friends with absolutely fabulous foodies and bloggers. I have learnt a lot about setting up a food blog, writing recipes, running a website, blogging and social media promotion.
I have learned how to operate a camera, how to style food, how and how to take better food photographs. I am excited that my photographs are now being accepted onto sites like foodgawker and TasteSpotting. And a lot of my food photography skills improving that has been down to this absolute gem of an ebook – Tasty Food Photography.
In the mean time I would like to have a huge celebration for turning one – I only turn one once, so why not.
