    Oh that does sound good. I’ve singularly managed to miss blood oranges this year, though I’ve had plenty of really sweet and juicy oranges, just not with any hint of that gorgeous red colour!

    I think the only redeemable thing about this winter has been the abundance of citrus. I just discovered roasted blood oranges and I can’t get enough of them! This looks like one to try, I love how simple it is:-)
