This 5 Minute Sriracha Aioli is a creamy with a little bit of heat condiment that works with all sorts of dishes. It is a versatile sauce and can be used as a dip, spread, or salad dressing that’ll really kick it up a notch.

It is ready in just five minutes with one bowl and a whisk and made with a few pantry ingredients. Folks, after one spoonful you will want to make this with Every. Single. Meal.

Basically, aioli is mayonnaise with garlic and olive oil. And you can add loads of extras to make a gazillion flavor combinations.

Loads of recipes start with making fresh mayonnaise from scratch. But we can make it much easier, by starting with your favorite olive oil based mayonnaise and adding all the flavors. You will end up with a delicious dipping sauce with minimal effort.

Ingredient Notes

This is surprisingly easy to make with only 5 everyday ingredients.

  • Mayonnaise – start with your favorite olive oil based mayonnaise. This can be regular or light based on your preference
  • Sriracha sauce – again grab your favorite brand of sriracha sauce for this. Make sure you add a little bit at a time to get your desired heat level.
  • Garlic – For the best flavor use freshly minced garlic.
  • Lemon juice – You need to use freshly squeezed lemon juice for this recipe. I have also used fresh lime juice for this.
  • Salt – A sprinkle of salt completes this recipe.

How To Make Sriracha Aioli

  1. Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth and combined. Go easy on sriracha by starting with less, and adding more to taste.
  2. Adjust salt and add any extra lemon juice if required, then serve.
