Strawberries a comin and lucky me because it means I can make one of my favourite salads again and again and again. I thought about calling it a strawberry summer salad but I think strawberry and caramelised onion salad says it soooooooooooo much better.
Sweet juicy strawberries with lovely green beans topped with sweet caramelised onions and garlic plus a drizzle of balsamic vinaigrette dressing. It is simple really.
The quantities I give below are a guideline only and feel free to add as much or as little of which ever ingredient you have. Â
So grab your strawberries and make this salad, serve it with some crumbly cheese or grilled fish plus some warm crusty bread, find somewhere warm and summary to relax and just enjoy.
