- Set ice cream out for 20 minutes to allow it to thaw a bit.
- Spread ice cream onto one side of the waffle and place the other waffle on top.

- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 3/4 cups (420g) buttermilk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup (113g) butter, melted
