Mulled Pear Juice With Clementine {Gluten-Free, Paleo, Vegan}
Make this Mulled Pear Juice by simmering clementine juice with pear juice and spices for a warming drink. Suitable for Gluten-Free, Paleo and Vegan diets.
This mulled pear juice is spiced up with some of my favourite spices aka cloves, cardamom and ginger.
You can whip it up in less 15 mins and have a gorgeous smelling kitchen to boot. It is also a great make-ahead drink for brunch gatherings, autumn, winter and more. It is easily tripled for serving to a crowd.
Both the kiddoes and adults like it as a cold, cold day or Christmas drink or even a New Year’s day warmer. Great for serving guests who don’t want any alcohol.
And if you really really miss having some mulled wine, then add in a dash of vodka or a little bit of rum and you get a taste of Christmas whenever you want.

I never thought of having pearl juice warm, but, even though is not christmas, we’ll try it one of these days after a cold journe coming from a paella catering around Sussex or Surrey. I’m sure it makes you warm up quickly!
Thanks!
I love fresh clementines but have never had them warm. This makes sense though. Nice aromatics.
I have never made clementines. Don’t know much about them. But they look great so will have to try these out.
