Easy Air Fryer Banana Bread

This Air Fryer Banana Bread is tender and moist with the perfect texture.

This Air Fryer Banana bread recipe is one of my favorite recipes. It is really easy requiring only a few everyday ingredients and 10 minutes of effort.

INGREDIENTS

flour cinnamon nutmeg salt baking soda ripe bananas

Step 1

 Line and spray or lightly oil a 6-inch round cake pan.

Step 2

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mash the banana (I do it quickly in a blender) and then mix in the eggs, sugar, milk, yogurt, oil and vanilla extract.

Step 3

Add wet ingredients to the dry, stirring until just combined. Pour batter into prepared pan, and sprinkle chopped walnuts on top.

Step 4

Remove banana bread from air fryer and place on a wire rack (srill in the pan) to cool for about 20 minutes before slicing and serving,
