Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F or 200 degrees C.
In a small bowl, combine paprika, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and olive oil to form a marinade.
Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and mix until chicken thighs are fully coated.
Place the seasoned boneless chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
Air fry for 12-16 minutes, depending on the size of the chicken thighs. Flip over halfway through cooking.
When the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F / 74 degrees C, remove and allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
