INGREDIENTS

Butternut Squash Olive Oil Maple Syrup Salt Fresh Thyme sprigs Walnut Pieces

Step 1

Preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees F / 190 degrees C.

Step 2

Cut the butternut squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.

Brush the butternut squash halves with olive oil and place them cut side up in the air fryer basket.

Step 3

Place a few thyme sprigs on each half, drizzle with the maple syrup and sprinkle on some salt.

Step 4

Cook for 25-30 minutes, or until tender.
