Air Fryer Peanut Butter Banana Spring Rolls

You’re going to love how absolutely easy it is to make these Banana Spring Rolls. Each bite brings both the creaminess of peanut butter & bananas with the contrast of crispiness from the air fried spring rolls.


- Spring roll wrappers - Ripe bananas - Peanut butter - Water - Peanut butter 

Step 1

Preheat Air Fryer to 350F / 180C. Separate wrappers and lay one onto a plate. Roughly mash bananas until smooth and then stir in the 2 tablespoons of peanut butter.

Step 2

Place about 1 ½ tablespoons of banana filling into each wrapper and fold the sizes and then roll the spring roll tightly. Dip your finger in the water and pat it on the edge to seal. 

Step 3

Repeat until you have no more wrappers. Place in a single layer in an air fryer and air fry for 6-8 minutes.

Step 4

Check at the 6 minute mark and then check every minute after until you see golden brown. Remove and drizzle with melted peanut butter, or serve it on the side for dipping them.
