Air Fryer  Pot Roast

Air Fryer Pot Roast is a perfect meal to impress your guests during the holidays, create a comforting Sunday tradition, or simply treat yourself to an effortless yet satisfying dinner!

INGREDIENTS

- Olive oil - Red wine - Beef stock - Fresh rosemary - Fresh parsley - Bay leaves - Garlic - Cranberry jelly - Round roast beef - Carrots - Potato - Red onion

Step 1

Preheat the Air Fryer to 350 degrees F / 180 degrees C. Combine the oil, wine, beef stock, rosemary, parsley, bay leaves, garlic, cranberry jelly, salt and pepper in a small bowl.

Step 2

In a bowl or ziplock bag combine the beef roast and half of the marinade. Marinade at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Step 3

Select a baking dish or cake tin that will fit inside your air fryer and add the vegetables along with the remaining half of the marinade. Place in the air fryer to roast for 30 minutes.

Step 4

Remove the air fryer basket and add the beef on top of the vegetables. Roast until the meat reaches your desired level of doneness.

Step 5

Garnish vegetables and beef with parsley. Serve with the cooking juices.
