Air Fryer  Vegetable Kabobs Story

These easy Air Fryer Vegetable Kabobs are perfect appetizer, snack, game day fare that is also perfectly healthy. Add a salad to upgrade them to a quick and healthy lunch or weeknight dinner.

INGREDIENTS

- Button mushrooms - Grape tomatoes or cherry tomatoes - Zucchini - Ground cumin - Bell pepper - Small onion - Salt

Step 1

Air Fryer Instructions: Soak skewers in water for at least 10 mins before using. Preheat air fryer to 390F / 198C.

Step 2

Thread vegetables onto the skewers. Place skewers in air fryer and make sure they are not touching.

Step 3

Cook for 10 mins, turning half way through the cook time. Since air fryer temperatures can vary, start with less time and then add more as needed.

Step 4

Transfer veggie kabobs to a plate and serve.
